You will find a welcome packet that has eight wristbands to use community amenities, this is all that is allowed by the township. This will also contain a trash pass.

Trash

Trash is to be driven to the dumpsters at the main entrance of the development (46 Towamensing Trail) during business hours. Do not leave trash outside of the house.
Hours:
Sat and Sun: 7 AM - 7 PM
Mon, Wed, Fri: 7 AM - 3 PM
Tues, Thurs: 11AM - 7 PM

You must have your trash pass that was in your welcome permit displayed in your vehicle when dropping trash.

Rules

Maximum Occupants (Do not exceed) = 16
Maximum Vehicles (No Street Parking) = 9
No Fireworks
No Recreational Vehicles, Campers, or Tents
No Pets Allowed
Quiet Time 10 PM - 7 AM respect the locals
NO FIRES

Fireplace

The fireplace is controlled by the analog thermostat in the living room behind the couch.

Hot Tub

The Hot Tub can take up to two hours to come up to temperature so set your desired temperature two hours prior to use. We suggest 98 degrees.
Pressing multiple buttons in a row could put the hot tub into economy mode.
When done with the hot tub turn off the jets, lights, and set the temperature to 85 degrees. Close the cover.
BE AWARE of ice around the hot tub in colder weather.
NO GLASS containers around the hot tub.

Community Amenities (Wristbands Required for anyone over the age of 5):

Community Beach (Open Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Community Pool (Open Memorial Day to Labor Day / weekends only until Father's Day weekend)
Sand Volleyball Courts
Basketball Courts
Tennis and Pickleball Courts
Clubhouse with a restaurant (alcohol is for members only)
Pedal boat rentals during the summer season
1 and 2 person Kayaks for rent. It's $20 (cash) per hour, $10 each additional half hour. Minimum age to rent is 18. And they need an ID along with a wristband

Day Pass Program (for amenity usage above the standard 8 wrist bands supplied):

Fee: $10 per day per guest

How: Must be purchased by a registered guest - need to show their Rental packet and show a Photo ID
Note: No refunds will be given, check the weather!
